Gift List Blog - Gift Import and Tell Your Friends added to GiftList.co.uk
Following on from our latest set of changes, we've introduced two new features to the site that we thought you might like...
You can now "Import Gifts" between your Gift Lists. If you've set up a List for your birthday, and then didn't get some of the things on your List, then you might want to add them to your Christmas List. Previously, the only way you could do this is by finding the Gifts again on the site and adding them to your Christmas List.
Now, you can just go into your Christmas List, click "Import Gifts", choose your Birthday List (or any of your previous Gift Lists you have set up with us), tick the Gifts you would like to add to your Christmas List, and click "Confirm"... it's as simple as that!
We've also made it much easier for you to tell your friends about GiftList.co.uk... Once you have logged into the site, at the bottom of your Profile page you'll see a Tell Your Friends panel. If you click on this, you can then type in the email addresses of your friends, click "Invite" and we'll do the rest! You want more? Well ok then... We've also made it possible for you to import your contacts from any of the UK's major email providers (Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo! / BT Internet), choose the Contacts you want to invite and we'll send them an invite on your behalf! Cool, eh?
We've got loads more great stuff to make GiftList.co.uk an even better site to use in the future, but if there's anything that you wish the site would do then just let us know using the Feedback form on the left-hand side of the site, and we'll add it to our list.
